How do I update my billing information?

Do you want to update your billing information, change your credit card details or provide a new expiry? 

Here's how:

You can update your billing information at the billing portal. Here's the instructions:-

  1. Open your browser and go to https://rusc.securepaymentzone.com/portal/signin/rusc
  2. This is your billing portal, so you can login using your usual RUSC login details.
  3. Select "Settings" from the menu to the left of the screen.
  4. Here you will find the options for Profile Settings, and Payment Settings.
  5. In Profile Settings, you can update your name, address and telephone number.
  6. In Payment Settings, you can add or amend your credit card details.
  7. Make sure to hit 'Save' :-)

That's it! Your next payment will be taken from your updated card.
